Fairly unhelpful when making enquiries about issues in a unit we rented for holidays. Garage door was not working on unit but they didn't tell us, or that tradies were working on it two days during the week. Other issues during the stay were unprofessionally managed and required numerous calls and visits to shopfront. When keys were returned upon checkout, the property manager held her hand out to collect them but didn't even look at us. Just generally disinterested and unhelpful (except for getting paid). Contrasts with the staff at the other holiday real estate agents in town. Being professional and interested isn't hard.
