Excellent Service! I recently made a purchase from the Outdoor Adventures Webstore. When it arrived the item was faulty, I rang them up and they asked me to send a picture of the problem to pass on to the supplier and they quickly sent me a replacement. I didn't even have to send the faulty one back!
What a change!! I walked in thinking WOW this place has had a makeover from when I was last here 3 years ago. I got talking to the Guys which were very helpful and found out it's a whole new business along with the cosmetic improvements the service was fantastic. They had everything I was after and also gave me some great advice on Tackle... which paid off!! Ill be back, hopefully sooner next time !!
